What are IV drips?
IV drip therapy is a procedure in which a solution of fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals is infused into your vein through a small tube (catheter) inserted into your arm. Designed to help kickstart your metabolism and feel more energized, this IV kit includes premium-quality compounds believed to help burn fat, boost metabolism and provide the nutrients needed for optimal wellness.
IV drip therapy bypasses your digestive system and delivers the nutrients and fluids directly into your bloodstream, where they can be quickly absorbed and utilized by your cells and organs. This allows you to receive higher and more effective doses of nutrients and fluids than you would by taking them orally.

What can I expect during and after the procedure?
Plan to be at the clinic at least 15 minutes before your infusion to fill out necessary paperwork if you are a first-time patient. During your initial consultation, our experienced medical professionals will assess your unique needs and discuss your goals. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your desired outcome.
During your consultation, we will:
- Discuss your cosmetic/wellness goals
- Review your medical history
- Perform any needed tests or screenings
- Examine areas of concern
The whole procedure will take about an hour or less, depending on the areas treated. You may feel some minor discomfort during the injection, but it will be tolerable with the numbing cream. You may also experience some bleeding, bruising, swelling, redness, or itching after the procedure, but these will subside within a few days.
Once completed, there is little to no recovery downtime and most patients are able to immediately resume normal activities afterwards. You can expect to feel improvements in your symptoms within 15-90 minutes of your infusion. These effects can last up to 1 to 1.5 weeks. Patients can repeat infusions every 2 weeks unless determined otherwise by your treating provider.
Note: If you have diarrhea like symptoms, do not take anti-diarrheal as this is normal following IV therapy. If you have constipation type symptoms, take high dose oral vitamin C and magnesium.
After the procedure:
- Follow post-procedure skincare directions
- Schedule a follow-up appointment to track your progress
- Avoid alcohol several hours afterwards
- Drinks lots of water
- Monitor your IV site for redness, pain, warmth, or swelling
- Apply cold packs or take naproxen (Aleve) for any post injection/infusion pain
